Synthetic real estate assets from Sustate Finance are traded via a ST token a real estate asset token that the user requires.

The assets are traded with instant delivery. This means that these assets, such as KST, MST or ParisSyntheticToken (PST), are exchanged directly between the Smart Contract and the linked Oracle. Buyers and sellers have direct ownership of synthetic assets and can use them in any way they wish. The user of the platform can buy and sell all assets and in any quantities, perform any investment and speculative actions.

Sustate Finance charges a fee of 0.2% of the transaction of which 0.02% of the fee will burn ST token on its burn system, details of which can be found in the .
