LP Pools

Sustate Finance invites its users to use LP Pools to maximize the value of their investments in synthetic real estate assets worldwide. Users have the ability to place their PSTs at, for example, 5.5% APY and earn additional returns regardless of the growth of the asset itself. For each asset, the APY is calculated using an Oracle and checked against the average growth in real estate prices in a particular location.

All rewards earned on Sustate Finance are locked in for 30 days. This means that rewards will remain in the ‘Lock‘ tab for up to 30 days, which is necessary for greater liquidity of the platform, more earnings for users and increased collateral for synthetic assets. The ‘Quick Withdrawal‘ feature will remove this restriction by charging you 15% of the value of your position, but will also release your funds for withdrawal instantly.
